What does the neighborhood analysis include?
YerBak neighborhood analysis maps 15 categories of nearby amenities using Google Places data: schools, hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, parks, public transport stops, worship places, kindergartens, shopping malls, and more. Each point of interest includes name, distance, rating, review count, and Google Maps link.
How is the distance to each amenity calculated?
Distances are calculated using Google Maps data with both straight-line distance and, for Standard/Investment reports, actual travel time via Google Directions API. This gives agents and buyers realistic walking and driving times to nearby amenities.
How many points of interest are included in each report?
Quick reports include 8 POI categories, while Standard and Investment reports include 15 categories. Each category shows the nearest 5-10 results ranked by a combination of proximity and user ratings from Google Places.
Does the analysis include school quality data?
Yes. Our school analysis includes school names, distances, ratings, and review counts. Standard and Investment reports additionally tag schools by education level (primary, secondary, high school, university) and flag international schools — helping foreign buyers find schools matching their needs.
Can I use the neighborhood analysis for properties outside Turkey?
Yes. Neighborhood analysis works in all 45 countries supported by YerBak. Google Places data is available globally, so you get the same detailed POI analysis whether the property is in Istanbul, Athens, Dubai, or New York.
How current is the neighborhood data?
Neighborhood data is fetched from Google Places in real-time at report generation. This means ratings, review counts, and operating status reflect the latest available information. New businesses and closures are captured automatically.
