How do credits work?+
Credits are used to generate reports. Quick reports cost 3 credits, Standard costs 4, and Investment costs 5. Your credits renew monthly based on your subscription plan: Starter (25), Professional (75), Agency (200).
What happens if I run out of credits?+
You won't be able to generate new reports until your credits renew at the start of your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan anytime for more monthly credits.
Can I get a refund?+
You can request a refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase if you haven't used the credits. Contact support@yerbak.com with your account details.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can upgrade anytime (prorated credits added immediately) or downgrade at the end of your current billing period.
Do extra report languages cost additional credits?+
Your first language is included. Each additional language costs 1 extra credit. For example, a Standard report in 3 languages costs 4 + 2 = 6 credits.
What's included in a property report?+
Our reports include earthquake risk analysis, nearby schools/hospitals/pharmacies, walkability scores, air quality data, climate analysis, flood risk assessment, and more. Standard and Investment reports also include AI executive summaries, urban growth trends, and satellite imagery.
How long does it take to generate a report?+
Reports are generated in 15-30 seconds. You'll see a 'Generating' status on your dashboard, and it will automatically update to 'Completed' when ready. The PDF download link appears immediately after.
How long is a report valid?+
Reports are valid for 90 days from the date of generation. After that, you'll need to generate a new report to get updated data.
Can I download the report as PDF?+
Yes! All reports can be downloaded as professionally designed PDFs. Investment reports include your company branding, custom colors, and logo.
What's the difference between Quick, Standard, and Investment reports?+
Quick (3 credits): Basic scores, nearby places, maps. Standard (4 credits): + AI summary, walkability scores, street view, flood risk, urban growth. Investment (5 credits): + Environmental intelligence, custom brand colors, agent branding.
Can I edit a report after it's generated?+
Yes! Go to your report detail page and click 'Edit Report'. You can update photos, realtor notes, pricing analysis, and suitable-for profiles. The PDF regenerates automatically at no extra credit cost.
Can I share a report with my clients?+
Yes! Each report has a shareable web link and a QR code on the PDF. Your clients can view the interactive online version without needing a YerBak account. Your branding is prominently displayed.
Which countries and cities are supported?+
YerBak supports 45 countries and 300+ cities worldwide, including Turkey, Greece, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Italy, UK, US, Australia, Singapore, and many more. You can generate a report for any address in these countries.
