How do credits work?+
Credits are used to generate reports. Quick reports cost 3 credits, Standard costs 4, and Investment costs 5. Your credits renew monthly based on your subscription plan.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
You can purchase additional credits anytime, or upgrade your subscription plan for more monthly credits.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?+
Unused credits roll over for one month. After that, they expire. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used the credits.
What's included in a property report?+
Our reports include earthquake risk analysis, nearby schools/hospitals/pharmacies, transportation scores, air quality data, and more. The Investment report also includes 10-year urbanization trends and regional statistics.
How long is a report valid?+
Reports are valid for 90 days from the date of generation. After that, you'll need to generate a new report to get updated data.
Can I download the report as PDF?+
Yes! All reports can be downloaded as professionally designed PDFs with your company branding (Investment tier only).
What's the difference between Quick, Standard, and Investment reports?+
