YerBak ("Platform") is operated by YerBak LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. The Platform provides automated property intelligence reports for licensed real estate agents and professionals ("Agents"). Reports include location analysis, environmental data, nearby amenities, safety scores, investment indicators, and AI-powered insights aggregated from publicly available data sources.
The Platform is accessible at yerbak.com and serves real estate professionals across 45 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, the Americas, the Caribbean, and Africa.
To use the Platform, you must:
You may register using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. YerBak LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
YerBak operates on a subscription-based credit system:

Report generation costs vary by type: Quick Report (3 credits), Standard Report (4 credits), Investment Report (5 credits). Additional languages beyond the first cost 1 credit each (up to 3 languages per report). Credits are replenished at each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
Investment-tier reports support white-label branding. Agents may upload their company logo, select a custom brand color, and have their branding appear on generated PDF reports and shareable web report pages.
Reports are generated from publicly available data sources including, but not limited to, Google Maps Platform, Google Earth Engine, AFAD (Turkey earthquake authority), Open-Meteo, JRC Global Surface Water, Sentinel-2, and national property registries. Report data is aggregated and presented for informational purposes only.
YerBak reports do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or real estate advice.
YerBak LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data contained in reports. Data sources may contain errors, may not reflect current conditions, and may vary by region. Agents and their clients should conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making property-related decisions.

All platform code, design, report templates, scoring algorithms, module system, and branding are the intellectual property of YerBak LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YERBAK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to YerBak LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
The Platform is available to users in 45 countries. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. While these Terms are governed by Delaware law, we acknowledge that additional consumer protection, data protection, or other regulations may apply in your jurisdiction.
For users in the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA), nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For users in Turkey, your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) are preserved.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
